Great App but still needs help with giving the same distance covering the same routr

Love the App, but sometimes, for whatever reason I cannot save my workout, this has happened too many times. I have turned the phone off before I workout. Has not helped out. Another thing I can walk over the same route it will give me different distances and time

I ordered MVP received confirmation over 10 days ago not heard a word since. Sent a letter to asking what happened

Still frustrated, do not see that I got much for the $29, I also thought that I would get a heart monitor, sent a letter to you and never even received a response

Getting better all the time.
